today we took a hop-on-hop-off bus tour around the main sites of rome.

we got off at the colosseum and just walked all over the place.

we climbed the spanish steps, ate paninis, went to the trevi fountain and threw a coin in.

legend says if you throw a coin in the trevi you will come back to rome someday.

then we enjoyed our first gelato.
